Was not happy at all with service depth. I sat for 2 hrs before I went to check and my car was still sitting in the same place. I asked about it and no one could give me a answer why. This is was the worst service I've had at any dealership I have ever dealt with.

Even though I did not have an appointment, I took my new 1500 mile Hyundai Tucson in because of a check engine light and Phil Socolov did not turn me away. Instead he was able to have his service technician isolate issue and made the necessary repairs within an hour. I was very grateful, especially with a check engine light in a 4 week old car. Thank You.

I was satisfied with Phil. He did the best he could with what he had to work with. There were issues beyond the control of the dealership, but I first notified the dealership about my car issue on April 14 and then fell in the cracks several times. I understand the loaner shortage and a good portion of the blame falls on people who are no longer there, but I left there feeling mostly unvalued as a customer. Thank you Phil for working with me.

Sara drive her car back to Houston tonight and the oil plug fell out and stranded her on the side of I 45 north of Houston in the Woodlands. At night. Single 23 year of girl. This is not acceptable at all! I am furious that this happened. AAA is currently towing it to a dealership on the South Loop Again this is unacceptable and I sincerely hope it did not damage the engine.
