Not happy when we were told oil changes were free and have been charged last 2 times. Also we were told we had warranty and Totoya care for these things. I will not be back. I don't like to be told things to later find out it's not the truth. I like the people and my vehicle but not the customer service.

I have white interior in my vehicle and I noticed when I went to get out of my vehicle that one the white interior of my driver side door, there were oil/dirty hand prints and streaks all over the white interior.
This should not have happened and the workers should be more considerate of these things.
