Mr Nunez handled the difficult situation of the loss of my key very well. Losing a smart key is a lot like losing your phone these days: your life could be turned upside down. We found a lugnut in my driveway that came off the rear passenger wheel, and at least two others are completely loose and ready to come off of two other tires! I cannot safely drive this vehicle the way it is, and am very concerned and extremely disappointed in the “work”provided by your service department! I have a video if you would like to see it.
