We were introduced to "Gabby" Hernandez, and she followed through with our complete service. She listened carefully to our questions and did her best to get answers from the mechanic who worked on our car. She was so thoughtful and courteous, and we were touched by her heartfelt apology for our inconvenience at having to go without features like radio, cameras etc.. I was told nothing was found wrong with my vehicle and upon returning home and reviewing paperwork saw that a belt was checked as needing attention. Would have been nice to have the option to take care of that at the dealer and not waste another day and gas from SB to come take care of it. Service was excellent (only took an hour and a half) but I would not say it “exceeded all expectations” and the question stated. The previous service the car was returned washed and vacuumed which was a nice perk.
