I wish folks were more realistic on the time it took to replace my radio. I would told 2 to 4 hours and it took 45 minutes. I came from Oakland and would have appreciated the extra hours. Thanks. Folks were super nice.

He was pretty great but the thing that I disliked was that he rarely looked over at me when he explaining the details of the maintenance to the car. It’s technically my car but I allowed them to register the car under my husbands name so because he was there the service writer rarely looked at me. I felt a little gender discrimination.
