The service was completed 2 hours earlier than promised, so I appreciated that. On the other hand, I changed other tasks scheduled because the service advisor told me it would take 2-2.5 hr longer than what the person who scheduled the appointment said. With intermittent heavy rain, this was very stressful.
This is my 4th Subaru & Kirby is the first dealership that hasn’t provided a complimentary car wash.
The service advisor, Gabby Hernandez, is very knowledgeable & was honest about some unnecessary work indicated on an older maintenance schedule that came with the car. I very much appreciate the honesty as I am a retiree.
All service personnel were very courteous.
