I set up appointment for 9:30 AM. Arrived at 9:40 AM. Was told it would be three hours or more! Spoke with service manager Ryan Perkio, and he expedited the 45 minute programming service. Was able to leave at 10:55 AM. Thank you Ryan for a great job getting this expedited. I would not have made my medical doctors appointment otherwise.

Only have one negative comment about today’s visit, my paperwork stated it would be 2 hours and I would get a call once done. My appointment was at 10am and didn’t receive a call until 2:33pm. If they timing could be better for future visits/appointments and stick to the time frame given that would be great. Other than that, everything is good...
