The car smelled like rotten sewage. I ask them to wash my car. Did they use recycled water.? The car had a terrible smell. Did they do it on purpose because I’m Asian? I’m thinking of going to another dealer the next time. I always use a Honda dealer. This was my first visit.

Jennifer was the only person who took the time to listen to what my car was doing. From start to finish her concern was putting me back into a safe vehicle and solving my problem not just beating around the bush. She truly had my safety in mind and updated me through the whole process. I ended up needing my center screen replaced and went through the whole Honda warranty process/investigation because the vehicles lane control was malfunctioning which took a week but I knew that it was worth it because I had a tech that truly cared. Once my car was finish she called me and told me to come and get my vehicle but before I did Jennifer had a mechanic test drive it again to make sure I was safe. At the end of the day Jennifer showed me that Honda is a reliable brand that can make things right for their customers and that kind of peace of mind is just what I need. Thank you again Jennifer!!
