Only few hours after our car got work done, battery died. Next day battery died again and they said get a new one......luckily Ryan worked with us but I feel maybe the analyst is a poor communicator or who knows. Just never had any battery issues until the dealer worked on the car and then to be offered the most expensive battery seemed off to me. The trust for your shop has lowered for me. Ryan is always very helpful on phone and listens. Thank you
