I feel very blessed to have been helped by Josue. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the help needed with my car on top of being able to pay for it. With this last year of Covid and hours dropping, I truthfully came into the dealership thinking the worst. Needless to say, my car is fixed and I still have funds for other bills. I’m so insanely thankful for Josue going out of his way to help me and truly taking care of me, my car, and wallet.

The service advisor did not inform me of the technician’s recommendations. I was made aware when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. It would have been helpful to know in advance so I could have authorized additional repairs.

I will look for another dealership to service my car. Upon arrival, I explained to the Service Provider that my car was not charging as fully as it did 6 months ago, and he told me it was because I was going up and down hills!? That makes no sense. I shared that this had nothing to do with my driving; it's when it's parked and on the charger. He then told me the weather must be affecting the charging on my car! Again...makes no sense. Then, he said it would be done by 12:30 pm; I arrived at 1 pm and it wasn't complete. He finally called me at 3:30 pm. He told me the battery has a 10 year warranty but it's "charging" to factory specifications. I'm losing 5 miles of charge a day and he says it's ok. I went to pick it up, and it wasn't even washed! Terrible service...I paid $54 for an oil change that I could have gotten at Jiffy Lube for $34 (I have a coupon) and not had the frustration of this visit. Won't be back!
