She listened & communicated with us during the drop off & then with info as the mechanics worked on my vehicle.
Ordered the part I really have wanted to replace my windshield wiper sprayer on the driver's Side. Last one so very glad ahe looked it up & called to have it held & then sent out to their location.
I Know what needs to be done at the next oil change & can plan for the brake & transmission fluid to be flushed & replaced.
Too bad you do not offer to wash the cars at the end of the service.

Omar had always been upfront with the service recommendations my car’s had needed for my 2014 CRV. The service technicians are very thorough when going through the check list. They found a nail/screw in my tire that I was not even aware of.
