Excellent service and communication.

Ernesto Arellano & Josue were both attentive and helpful. We had no issues whatsoever with the service they provided. We arrived at the Honda Service Center to pick up our car at 12:31 pm Mon., 05/16. While we stood in front of the service Techs' desks, no one greeted us. After 10 minutes, we approached a Honda Service employee for assistance. Two Service Techs were working but engaged with customers. While the Honda Service employee assisting us found our paperwork quickly, they waited by a service Tech's desk for 7 minutes before dropping the paperwork off at their desk to help a new customer. By this time, two new customers had formed a line behind us, the last of whom entered the Service Manager's office to request assistance. The manager indicated there was no one available to help us outside of the two service techs already with customers. Once one of the service techs could help us, he apologized for the delay and checked us out within 3 minutes. Since we were on our 30-minute lunch break, this 20-minute process just to check out seemed longer than necessary. Please consider offering online, QR, or remote checkout options for those customers who don't have the time to wait for a service tech to become available.
