While driving the Pilot after service, I noticed that engine noise was different, louder. At almost sounded like something was left open. When I looked under the hood, I discovered that the air intake for the engine was left open. The latches that connect the line to air filter assembly were open. The technician didn’t put it back after checking the air filter. This is unacceptable from the Norm Reeves Honda Vista dealership service department. It is disappointing to say the least. It makes me wonder about the quality of work at this dealership. In case any damage is done to my car, this dealership will be held fully responsible.
