Also he gave me his card which hopefully I won’t need to call him but it gives me some kind of confidence if same thing happens again. The oil change service was fine, and it was completed in an acceptable time frame. However, I was disappointed with the approach to sell me unnecessary services. Consider that my car, although nearly 6 years old, only has a little more than 21,300 miles. It has been gently driven by my wife, and is in excellent running condition. The Service Advisor informed me that the car needed the brake fluid changed. But it was changed just 10,000 miles ago at Honda of Escondido. It probably wasn't even necessary then. Other car manufacturers do not recommend brake fluid changes until closer to 60,000 miles. After the oil change, he informed me that I needed to replace the valve cover gasket due to oil leaking. This seems ridiculous, as I cannot detect any oil leak. He also advised that I should have Fuel induction / throttle body service. Why would I need that? I see no reason for it. Why should I pay another $348 in unnecessary services when the car runs perfectly? I don't have to deal with these issues on my Ford. It's unacceptable for Honda to promote unneeded services, and I don't appreciate it. I like to deal with honest service companies. This experience makes me want to reconsider purchasing a Honda in the future.

It socks you guys don't wash our Hondas after service all the other car dealers Toyota Ford ext. Give you car a wash after service you say you lacking man power that is crap your drive though car w sh dose all the work give me a break after spending 35000 thousand dollars on a car one year ago..Ernesto gave awesome customer service Good lookin out on the car wash

Ernesto did a great job of keeping me informed, was polite and efficient. That being said, I feel fortunate to be retired & out of the workforce. I think it's pathetic that every corporation in America now expects a critique of every interaction with their employees. All of this is a result of the entitled whiners who want unrealistic perfection. I'm not one of those people, but thanks for letting me rant. In the mean time, leave poor Ernesto alone...he's doing a great job!

Jesse Herrera and Hannah were patient and considerate as I came regarding getting a after market alarm system removed. I also requested a refund for the system which had to be escalated with the finance and management team. Jesse and Hannah kept me updated with each step through the process as it occurred. My refund request was declined and they were understanding as I informed them I would be filing a complaint re: management declining my request.
