I booked a 10:00 am oil change. I arrived at 09:50. I was told it would take between 1 hour and 1.5 hours. I said I’d be waiting in the waiting area. After 2 hours no one had bothered to reach out to explain the delay or update me. This is now the second time this has happened to me.
There is something wrong with your service department.

The technicians dirtied the seats in my car. All it takes is to wear a clean glove before touching the car. It’s much more expensive for me to clean it up than a pairs of clean glove.

Jessica is amazing! After my 100,000 mile service, I was driving home and a new noise started in the car. I called a few days later and she promptly called me back and invited me to bring the car back in. She and the mechanic figured it out - paper had been sucked from the glove box into the air conditioner. She didn't charge me for this, which I greatly appreciate as I had just spent thousands on maintenance. Throughout she was delightful to work with and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Norm Reeves as a result!

I bought the car on Tuesday 06/06/23, after a couple of miles I realized the steering wheel was crooked when driving straight, took it back to the dealer the next day but they couldn’t get to it so I had to schedule an appt for Friday and after dropping off my car, I also let them know that there was an issue with a system update and was told they’d take care of it. Get the text I can pick up the car but when I was on my way at 5 (since that was the time I was available) come to find out y’all closed shop early even though the message that was left said I could stop by to pick up the vehicle by 6. Then after having been inconvenienced by not having my vehicle that afternoon and having to pick it up Saturday morning come to find out they fixed the steering wheel issue but didn’t address the system update. Now I have to go back next Tuesday so that the issue can be resolved again. After all this it's just quite annoying and wished all these issues were fixed the first time around.
