I showed Ernesto the oil spots were still on the driver chair and he acknowledged that the job wasn’t done correctly. I had to take a day off from work. I appreciate Honda Vista really made the effort to serve customer well!!! But unfortunately the people who executed the job didn’t pay attention to what they get paid for.

I was told on the phone that it oil change would be 55 minutes when I arrived Jesse told me it was gonna be at least an hour and a half . I also asked if the car would be washed, but was informed by Jesse that they had an employee appreciation day and didn’t have time to wash my car and returned it to me dirty. I am not sure I want to return to Norm Reeves for service in the future.
