Came in, was told all the recommended work for my car… was given a discount to get it all done… I declined saying I needed my car back by 12pm. They seemed to understand and said my car would be ready by 12pm since I was just asking to change my oil.
12pm rolls around and I still hadn’t gotten a call back.
12:17pm I call to follow up… am told they were finishing up my paper work. They ask me to come in after 2pm since they were closing for lunch.
I reminded them I needed by car by 12pm… awkward pause then asks me when could I get there by… I specify I’m down the street (8min away). Proceed to rush down to get my car and felt incredibly uncomfortable; I’m the inconvenience.
I was told my car would be ready by 12pm…
The paper work was time stamped for 11:29am…
I had to call and follow up almost 20min after the time I needed my car by.
Yet this left me feeling like I was at fault.
My appointment was for 10am… that’s 2 hours ahead of when I needed my vehicle by.
Usually, I only have pleasant experiences here but today was different.
