First time taking my car in for recall, vehicle sat for 4 hours, no work done when I picked up vehicle.
Second time taking my car in, I had to call out of work because they would not provide a COURTESY vehicle. After holding my car for the entire day, they THEN decided I may have a rental car. I also had to pay $75 to ensure I wouldn’t be liable for any scratches/damages that could’ve happened for the 1 whole day I needed the car.
The Gentleman, Pablo, had great customer service and was extremely friendly, it was just the overall experience that was absolutely shocking

I thought all car maintenance was included for first two years with my car purchase. This is standard for most new cars. I fell like every time I turn around Honda is charging me for something. Use for their app, internet, etc… the interface of the apps are user friendly. I like the car but not thrilled with everything thing else.
