Vanessa and the rest of the crew were efficient and helpful. I appreciate that NR was able to get me in as quickly as they did. I know that may not always be the case as it is dependent on available openings on the appointment calendar. Otherwise, i was concerned that with the amount of time before I was encouraged to come in, as I have lower than average mileage for the amount of time I have had the Ridgeline, which is close to one year. I may consider coming in every six months, at the minimum for an inspection. Otherwise, I appreciate the attention and service provided to me. Thank you.
