Wish you had a car wash to drive my car through the way it was always done at Toyota of Escondido! I had a Prius and always loved that little bonus- and they let me bring in my own oil and filter for my oil changes, for the 17 years they serviced my car.

Jana was great! The service completed was for the battery which was tested after I voiced concern while taking the car in for B1 service. I was assured then that there was nothing wrong with the battery. Disappointed in that and that a quote to replace a battery prior to taking it in for B1 was not honored.

We are on vacation and the air conditioning was not working. I called Friday and was able to get a reservation the following morning at the dealership. Ernesto was my service advisor and he had a full diagnostic done in the car. He kept me abreast of the status. When he was not available. Others stepped in to fill the void. Eg Sal. Philip the service manager is very nice to deal with. Overall my experience with the service dept is awesome.
