Was in last month for same problem of air condition. Brought it in again on Tuesday 7/2324, to have it checked out again due to the fact I was going to the desert and did not want it to start blowing hot air instead of cold. I was told they could not find anything wrong. I it happened on Wednesday in 110 degree weather! Why is it the mechanic could not find anything wrong? It was horrible!! I told my family and other relatives I had just taken it to Honda to have it checked out . Very, very disappointed with the service provided. We had to suffer in extremely hot conditions due to air condition blowing out “hot” air again.

Ernesto is a great service advisor. But we had to take the car back because the mechanic didn’t hook up all the light on the dashboard when he replaced the evaporative cooler. The car is fine now. The mechanic should make sure everything works on the dashboard

I’m not happy with the over all service including customer service. The people that worked on my car did not put back some wires & some little caps back on. As for customer service I don’t think you guys should offend the customer by telling them they ” need to call Mom & Dad.” Yes I might look young, which can be a compliment, but in this case the employee was implying because I’m young I need Mom & Dad to either pay or ask them first on a decision. I to not be rude did not go along with it, but I was embarrassed & in a was humiliated.
