My appointment was at 12. In the past, I was able to drop off my car and get a lift back to my appointment during my lunch break. I was 15 minutes late clocking back in. I called in at 4 to see what the status of my car was. I was asked if I received the inspection back. I said no and told her that it was too late to add any of those services now. I need my car back to pick up my son, and I will have to schedule that for another day.
