Kept car for almost 5 weeks because “tech had too many cars to work on”. Car was beyond filthy it was absolutely disgusting and smells inside. I will have to have car detailed inside and out and hope smell is gone. Cannot express how completely unsatisfied I am. Caddilac service has always been solid.
