I recently had my Enclave in for service, which was an excellent experience with James. At that time I asked him about some minor scratches on my wheel well trim and front bunker. I thought it needed body work to fix. He told me there was a technique to refinish the plastic material and then set me up with a separate appointment. I just picked up the car and it looks like when I first drove it off the lot! James' knowledge and my confidence in him allowed this to happen. The job was done on time and perfectly. James is totally knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Unfriendly staff especially for my first visit,,,no one greeted me and I had to seemingly wait,,,also my car was delivered to me at exit point with dirty finferprings and spots,,,, I also did no get a walkthrough prior to handing over my keys for the oil change,,,,I would at least expect a phone call to discuss wget her I will return to service my Cadillac,,,****-****-xxxx,,Richard

Don’t know what precipitated you’re move but definitely don’t like the new facility. Waiting room smaller and when walked around looking at new cars (only to pass 2 hr. wait for oil change), noticed no prices on cars. Just the whole experience was different but was satisfied with work done.
