I don't think you can make me completely satisfied. I am so disappointed in your service team. I truly believe you have lost me as a customer. I have been coming to this dealership since I was 18 years old. Your customer service is horrible. I will be in the market to purchase a new car next year. I will not be purchasing from Tyler. I will not be bringing my car back to your dealership for service. I think your owner, I believe it is Chris, would be thoroughly disappointed with the customer service at his dealership unless he just doesn't care at all about his business. I was so furious about the lies, the lack of customer service, etc., that I talked with others about my experience. The response was a resounding, "I won't go there again, because of my experience...." I'm not alone! You are losing customers left and right, which is really sad. I've addressed this service issue previously to no avail. At this point, if your business doesn't mean more to you than this, why should my loyalty mean anything to you, if it ever did!
