LOVE the new text deal. Very efficient. Especially since I dropped the car off unannounced just the night before. Then when I picked it up the staff could not have been nicer. Kudos for a job well done.

I was quoted a repair price at my previous visit, was told the price included any tax. Went to have my service done, was told the price did not include tax and was charged an addition price for a shop charge that I was never informed of. With my service coupon my price was still $15 higher than my quoted repair price.
