Scheduled appointment for several non-warranty maintenance items, first being oil change. Left car for good portion of day. Went to pick up and unfortunately, oil change was not done. Not sure why. Had to schedule yet another appointment to have oil change done. Not happy. Did not make points with me today.

Customer service is not as professional as Toyota’s. From scheduling the appointment, to being told when the vehicle would be ready and then waiting in the shabby waiting area, the experience not top notch. An explanation of what services were provided was not given. The papers were basically just handed to me. When asked, the representative did give an explanation. Thank you, the vehicle seems ok.
