Jacob was just really nice and kind. Everyone I talked to was. It was pretty quick too and they have a nice area to work.

I recently brought my car in for service.The service team was absolutely amazing—honest, professional, and efficient. They handled everything with great care, and I truly appreciated their transparency throughout the process.
However, the waiting experience in the “Guest Lounge” left much to be desired. The restrooms were not clean, and there were no complimentary refreshments, unlike my previous experiences at Honda in San Juan Capistrano, where they offered coffee, tea, and even sandwiches. Here, everything came at a cost, from vending machines to kiosks, with signs emphasizing that cameras are watching—creating an unwelcoming atmosphere.
Additionally, the lounge seating was uncomfortable. A chair in the front row was broken, and the sunlight made those spots unusable, leaving me to sit on a metal bar chair for two hours. It felt like no thought was given to making the waiting experience pleasant for customers.
While I highly recommend the service team, I hope management can address the lounge issues to improve the overall experience for their customers.
