The person who helped me was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is the wait time. I made an appointment for an oil change. My appointment was at 8:30 but it did not get finished until 10:50. I don’t understand why it takes so long to do an oil change when I had an appointment. Why make an appointment then if I have to wait that long? I was also disappointed that you stopped giving a complimentary car wash.
