Using covid as an excuse for no car wash with svc was not appreciated..., really. Make appropriate accommodations and give your svc customers the service they deserve... come on. Norm Reeves.., really Everything else was fine.., it was mgnt’s direction to not complete the svc experience with not car was.., cheap out NR.., not appreciated

Your service people are great. The car is not. I loved my old odyssey. This new one is a lemon. I was approached by a lawyer to join a class action lawsuit because multiple owners on the 2019 Odyssey are not happy they all received lemons. I’m thinking of joining the lawsuit. I’m tired of the service people just shrugging their shoulders and saying that’s the way the car was made. The old Odyssey was great, so I know Honda can do better.

Took my car in for AC fix and oil change on Thursday at 10:40AM and was told at 2/3pm that it may or may not have to stay overnight but Nathan would let me know. He did not follow up (I called and texted multiple times). This morning (Friday) I called to get a follow up since I had an appointment and plans in LA (which had to be canceled). Later today I was helped by Marc since Nathan was out of office. When I when to get my car back, they had not done the oil just the AC. Nate had supposedly misunderstood and thought I needed “ my oil for my AC fixed” which makes no sense...So I had to wait another hour to get my oil change. In conclusion, a lot of my time was wasted. Service wise, Marc was very helpful Nate was not.

Kevin was wonderful! He spent extra time adjusting a rear door I've been having trouble with due to a strong wind incident. I really appreciated that. He also reassured me of the 100k millage tune up work that needed to be done by walking me through all the parts and procedures. Great work at Norm Reeves Honda Irvine service department!
