There was no nail in my tire and the diagnosis to replace the tire was not correct. Further the video showing a fake nail and my tire was a lie and misrepresentation of the situation. America Tire Company dismounted my tire after they couldn’t find a leak or the nail. They soaked my tire several times as they were puzzled on what the issue was, easily spending an hour on my car. Further there was no patch or plug. To me, this is fraudulent activity by your company.
What should’ve happened is someone could have told me how to reset tire pressure warning, instead of saying that a special tool was needed to recalibrate my computer.
I’m very disappointed in your service department and I don’t trust them. Sad that you put a bad name to Honda.
