I came in because I needed the following service on my vehicle: both shock replacement, alignment, brake pad and brake fluid replacement. I had a coupon for spend 650 get 75 off plus rental and also a coupon for spend 300 get 35 off. I inform the service technician that I understand I can only use one coupon at a time. I told him I would separate the service into two and will come back at the end of the month for the second one so I can use both coupon. That when he ask the manager for an approval to use both coupon for a total off 110 off plus rental. Which was very nice of him. The vehicle was supposed to be ready by Friday I got a call saying one of the shocks was missing so they had to order it and it won’t be ready until Saturday. Saturday comes I get a call from another technician saying there was some communication issues so the vehicle won’t be ready until Monday and that they would take an additional 100 off. Come Monday the vehicle was not going to be ready until Tuesday. I came in on Tuesday to pick up my car and was informed the most they can discount was 10% on labor and parts only. Not only did I not get the discount that was verbally promise but also had to come back and forth several time and it took 4 days longer to get my vehicle service. Next time I will go with my gut and separate out the service to save my self this headache and all my time wasted. Thanks

My minivan was in the shop for 3 weeks for an problem with my car that was Honda’s fault. It took 3 weeks for the part to come in (which is hard for me to believe it has to take 3 weeks!). But the only loaner vehicle the would give me was a CR-V. I have 4 kids under 5. That means I was unable to drive all of kids together for 3 weeks. Any time I had to go anywhere I had to hire a babysitter and leave some kids at home. We called multiple times for a bigger car but did not get one. (And to make things worse, the first CR-V ended up with a dead battery!)

The rep I worked with, Mitch was great. What I’m 100% dissatisfied with is that I purchased a brand new vehicle at this dealership in Jan 2019 and at 2 years into owning the vehicle it has a major defect that will cost me over $2,000 to repair. I was 1,000 miles over the warranty period when I first brought the vehicle in in March. The problem most likely had started in December or January when I did nit need to use he air conditioning and didn’t realize it was flawed. Had I have known them it would have been in the official warranty period. Honda has had related issues with the recent year Civics and has issued an unprecedented 10 year warranty on the air conditioning system to cover this issue. If this same practice is not enacted for the Clarity it will be the last what I thought to be most reliable brands (Honda) on the road I ever purchase.
