Kevin is the best! I had an emergency over the weekend and had to have my car towed to Norm Reeves Honda Irvine. I left the keys in the dropbox and Kevin called me as soon as he arrived at work. He knows my car and he knows me. He got my car fixed quickly, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Abrenz did his job well. The tech from previous work did not do his job well. That was the reason we had to bring the vehicle back. So much for fixed first visit. Also, the service manager promised he would write down the DPSM name for me and also promised he would give me the reason that our bumper is detaching from the vehicle. He did not do either so I need to reach out to American Honda myself to set the appointment with the DPSM to have our vehicle issues resolved.
