You guys have been my prefer place to go to when it comes to my automobile. The last serviced performed on my vehicle which was on Wednesday was upsetting. One, my oil life was not reset it ok not a big deal I can just you tube how to reset it and call it a day which I did. Well as I drove to my 40 mile commute as soon as I got to the toll road (approx 5 miles) I get a low tire warning light and decided to drive home since you guys had just inspected the vehicle. Here is the second issue I get home all the tires were set to 21psi.
Multi point inspection says everything was set correctly and it just makes me question if any of the service were performed? This is my first new vehicle and I want the dealer to take care of my car since you guys are the experts. I paid a good amount of money to have my oil changed and get the tires rotated. Hope this comment helps and future customers won’t have to go through a day like mine.
