I'm extremely satisfied with the service experience with Delano Nichols. He was very friendly and helpful. He understood my situation with a blowout tire on the freeway and helped me get my new tire installed and my car ready to get back on the road. He was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything that would be taken care of and showed me the lounge where I could wait. This was my first experience at Honda Irvine and it was definitely top shelf customer service.
