When I initially called to make my appointment, I requested to speak to Matt Garrett, who helped me on my previous visit who was very professional . I was told he wasn’t available so they said Arbenz Anton would call me back. This was at 10:00AM. I called again at noon & left another message. By 2:00, I made a 3rd call to be told he was not available. I hung up & called the main number & asked to speak to someone else. I expressed my frustration at being ignored & hung up. Within 5 minutes. Arbenz returned my call. I made my appointment for Friday (today). When I arrived at Norm Reeves, I was told I wasn’t on the appointment list although I had made an appointment. When I finally met Arbenz & told him I was told I didn’t have an appointment, he brushed it off. I waited for my car to be serviced for 4 hours & left. This was not the best service call I’ve ever had - a bit disappointing. On my next visit, I hope to not have to deal w Arbenz, but would prefer Matt again.
