There was a dent in the driver's front bumper when I took the car today after finishing exit paperwork around 6:20 p.m. After hearing my voiced concern, a staff member (Alex?) showed me a record of the damage noted, but I was never informed or asked to acknowledge it in writing by signing when I delivered the car and talked to Alex about the car’s issue. The process is compromised. I have photos of my car undamaged before I leave it here. I am asking for the noticeable scratch/cut to be repaired.
