I came for B1 service last week. Why I did not receive an inspection report? Why I was not told my brakes had a problem? I receive the car that was just serviced and experience brake problems in less than a week?! Do better!

We were on the road traveled into Irvine from Kansas City. Luis (KC Sean) and the service team did a great job of diagnosing our brake problem and getting it done expedite so we could continue our travel. Not a complaint, just something to consider. After spending over $2,000 on repairs, I was surprised the Pilot was returned to us unwashed. In KC where we have our Pilot serviced at O’Neil Honda it is always returned to us washed, even after just an oil change. Again just Something for your customer service.
