I brought the car in for an oil change and was advised to get new tires. After some consideration, I agreed. I picked up the car when it was ready and an hour later I had a flat tire. I was told it was due to a leaky valve stem. I had to drive the car back from Yorba Linda to Irvine to get it looked at, which cancelled my plans for the day. It was also very stressful trying to drive on the freeway with the worry of whether or not I would make it before the tire went flat again. The Irvine team inspected my car again and I was told they tightened the valve stem but when I got home and my boyfriend inspected it he said it was still leaking. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Norm Reeves and disappointing after paying over $1000 for new tires. I don’t feel like I can trust any future repairs to be done.
