Please let Tech know about poss level 2 oil leak.
Forgot I had put in 2 qts oil and spilled some , tried to wipe it off .
Think that’s was what he saw.

The norm reeves service representative tried to convince me my service contract would not cover my tire replacement. Also, I was deterred from replacing my cabin air filter and told it had been checked and it had not been. This type of treatment always happens at the service desk at norm reeves.
