I dropped car off at 9:45 AM and never received an update until 5:30. We brought it in for a regular service AND a diagnostic so I would have thought someone would have let me know earlier. There was also a recall on seatbelts and the parts aren’t available. I would have assumed someone would have made the effort to reschedule another visit to get it fixed, but the technician seemed to just blow it off, I had to inquire and the answer was like “sure, yeah, I guess someone can give you a call”. I use this car to transport my 3 kids. Safety is a pretty high priority in our minds. And finally, I was told our oil was “almost out”. This car makes daily trips to school and the store, no long trips, no heavy driving/pulling, there is absolutely no reason oil should be low. And the oil light never came on, so how would we have known?!? The tech said it was checked for leaks and none found, which i appreciate, but I’m left wondering if it wasn’t properly filled during the last service, also at norm reeves.
