Alexander Heckman was outstanding. No complaints about him at all. The only reason that I am not completely satisfied is that I would have thought that Norm Reeves Dealership would have not charged me $160 for the diagnostics after paying over $800 to repair my starter. Most dealerships include the diagnostics costs into a major repair if done the same day.

Alex was very gentle and helpful and provided the best experience. I felt like he treated me fairly and with kindness. I’ve had this experience time and time again at this location. Whatever you are doing in training or whoever is in charge of hiring is doing an incredible job. Life has been hard recently and car troubles on top of that doesn’t help. What does help is the genuine care from Alex and Delano and countless others over the years who have helped me. Pay them more, I’m so serious. I waited over 2 hours for my Honda for oil change when Matthew said it won’t take over an hour and a half. I missed my doctor’s appointment and I was so upset. Then he did not attached the multi point inspection report to my receipt. I bought my car at Norm Reeves and I had been going there for the last 6 years for all my oil change and repairs. This is the worst experience I had with Norm Reeves. Is this how you treat your good customer now? I was so disappointed with the way Matthew treated me.
