I called Service Advisor Brandon Son to make an appointment for my daughters vehicle as he stated that prior visit that it may need front brakes. I recall the rear brakes were low as well but not as much as the front. I told my wife before calling Brandon that it may be possible we need front and rear brakes serviced but told her that Brandon is an honest guy and I trust he will let me know what I should do. It occurred to me that this is greatest statement I can make about him, that he is both honest and trusting. I have many choices for the service of my car and I continue to choose Norm Reeves due to Brandon.

I have always been a satisfied customer for many years. All of our Honda cars have been serviced by you at the Irvine location. Needless to say, my service advisor Ahmeed was not the best. For one thing, he is not the friendliest person for customer service. Second, first thing he told me that I new tires when I have me tires. He apologized for mistaken me for another car he said. Disappointed. Then he told me me I need wiper blades when i had replaced them during my last service in October. He apologized for not seeing it in the history. Unacceptable. I am losing my trust in you guys. Do you know how I feel? You make feel that you just want to sell me unnecessary stuff. I wast there for my routine oil change and left with an invoice of over $500. That’s fine except for the mistakes Ahmeed made that made feel that he’s just selling stuff. Plus that guy needs to soften up his customer service. What happened yo all my service advisors before. They were great!

I brought my car in to have a dashboard display issue resolved, as well as 2 recall items competed two weeks ago. Although the idling recall was competed the mirror issue was not. The recall for the mirror made the mirror worse. Waiting to have a new mirror put on, but have not heard back from Kevin, the service manager since he promised he would call me last week. Still waiting for his call despite, calling twice to leave messages. Finally, the dashboard board digital display issue is still not fixed. Very frustrated with the service.

Matthew Garrett was the best service associate I’ve had in my 5 years as a Honda owner. He made sure to get me home via Lyft quickly once he realized I’d be there longer than usual & he went out of his way to explain my issues & how best to resolve them. Honda is lucky to have him.
