Luis was fantastic. I had to wait 2 hours for my car and your "waiting area" is a toilet. It is the worst in the biz. Your service manager should be beat with a wet belt. It brings shame to the Honda name. 6 chairs for 2 year olds??? What's wrong with you?

My service advisor, Luis was over all great, however my issue is with the actual service performed and with the parts department. Long story short: called to confirm if a specific tire was available, “good year eagle F1 asymmetric 2” The lady reply yes we have over 8, and she could even fit me in same day for install. Fantastic! I only needed 1 tire due to a leaking patch.. Dropped vehicle off with Luis and re confirmed tire and model as my SI was equipped with summer tires.. He says says I’ll reconfirm with the parts department.. Tire gets replaced, I pick the vehicle up and installed was the wrong tire. A Goodyear Eagle sport all season. As well as the center cap bent and not installed correctly. Pictures supplied to service advisor Luis. Tire had to be ordered, vehicle needed to left overnight and the next day .. Mechanic noticed a different tire was being installed as it was only 1 tire being replaced but failed to mentioned or even reconfirm anything. Also issue with center cap installation, again no communication.. Luis was great at being on top of the issue and taking care of me as best he could I feel however there’s lack of communication, attention, knowledge and service performed. For lack of better words my experience was embarrassing, especially for the dealership/Honda and generally takes my trust out of having my vehicle serviced at Honda.

Alex was very professional, courteous & polite, considering I was very upset about my A/C condenser going out for the 2nd time in a year (2018 Civic w/ 24,400 miles). Hopefully Honda can fix the problem before my air conditioner goes out a 3rd time
