Gerardo was amazing. I was running late and he didn’t express any frustration or annoyance that I was late. He was happy and smiling and super helpful. I had my two young boys and car seats that needed to be transferred to the shuttle suv. He helped me take the car seats out and then made sure I had help getting them into the shuttle. The whole process went so smoothly. I felt very taken care of.

Please be mindful for oil change Tech to reset oil % reminder panel to avoid another extra time to have it corrected. Should service Advisor leave for Lunch Break, that an alternate Advisor be in charge to notify customer promptly when car is done. Most of all, I am impressed with your No Appointment accommodation , especially favorable for out of town customer like me. done. Suggestion: there should be a complimentary hot drinks ie chocolate for customers just like a general practice in other Honda Sales/ Service centers ie: Santa Ana, West Covina, Montclair, Ontario.

Car air conditioner has no issue before this time service. After changing transmission oil and engine oil and rotating tire yesterday, car air conditioner button cannot work properly.
11/2022 changed brake oil at the Honda service and drive less than 6000 mile. Suggest to change brake oil again less than one and half year.
The style is changed. Need to check which parts of car work before to handle to service now. Otherwise break the parts during the service.
