I feel like I’m family when I bring my car there for service. I always ask for Delano when I come in for service, he always exceeds my expectations and goes above and beyond customer service for me! He always explains things in detail and I never feel pressured about the service I get . He’s a top employee to me and an asset to Norm Reeves Honda and should be recognized as such!

I took my CRV to your store which I bought new in 2022 because we bought a CRV before and we’re very happy about it. So we bought one new CRV again we are very happy with this one too. When the CRV indicated it needed oil change I took it to your store and was told I can pick it up between 12: 30 to 1 pm L called at 1:30 and no one called me back so I got my wife to give me a ride to your store and found my car was not even touched. Then the manager told us it will be done in 20-30 minutes I had a meeting so I drove my wife’s car to my office and let my wife wait until the oil change was done If thing like this happened to anyone People will not be really happy will they? Do you think we deserve some compensation? The good thing is this CRV works well and we are happy with it.

A good time estimate would be highly appreciated. I was told it might take 45 mins to an hour to diagnose the problem which took slightly over an hour and then told one of the tires was punctured which will take another hour if I wanted to get it replaced which I was fine with. A shuttle was supposed to drop me home in 15 mins and I waited one hour without any shuttle updates and then when I asked if my car was done since it was longer than an hour I was told it was sent to the shop so it will be another 2-3 hrs. I was in there from 9-12 and was dropped home at 12:15 and the car was ready at 2pm. It would have been better if I actually knew it would take 4-5 hours especially since it was a work day and I had to take meetings from the service center and kinda waste half my day.

The repair that was diagnosed for me is too expensive, I feel that my car is not old enough to experience damage like this, and if one part is covered by the warranty, the other should also be covered. The customer service and all the explanation about this issue by Nathaniel was excellent
