It was quite a disappointing experience. I waited 3 hrs on site for an oil change. I came at 1 pm. He told me would take less than 2 hours. At 3:15, I came out checking on it, nothing was done. Had I not checked I would have waited until 5pm. He apologized for forgetting to let the technicians know I was waiting in the waiting room. It was my first visit. Since the vehicle was purchased from Irvine, I thought I’d give it a try, I don’t live closed by, needless to say I won’t return.

You need to get ALL3 AC componets under warranty on certain year, models, mine being one. Not right Honda knows these cars were built with inferior AC systems and then when the AC starts to fail, you make the customers pay for the repair!!! All 3 AC componets should be under warranty. ON A DIFFERENT NOTE, I WANT TO SAY I HAD A GREAT SERVICE ADVISOR, DELANO. HE IS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL, GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Stephen is an outstanding service advisor. He carefully explained what the service entailed and fixed a recall that I had long forgotten. He also set me up with a courtesy shuttle service so that I could spend the afternoon with my family instead of being stuck in the customer lounge.

I’m actually leaving Honda because of this. I’m returning my extended warranty and actively looking to trade-in at another dealership. This rep treated us extremely poorly. There is absolutely no reason to buy a Honda if 1 year later the A/C will stop working and the dealership will instead of honoring your warranty, insult you, praise Honda engineers as the best in the world, and charge you for your time. My family, wife and father are also disgusted, my wife who was considering a CRV is going for a Mazda instead. My father, owner of 2 Hondas, also was shopping for an HRV, is reconsidering. There’s no reason to own one of these delicate vehicles.
