I went in for an oil change and waited in the waiting area where I was promptly forgotten about. After 2 hours I sent a text asking for an update, to which I received no response. After 3 hours I went to the service desk and I was told my car was ready to go an hour ago, yet I was never made aware of this. The guy who helped me is named Stephen. He knocked $40 off my total bill, but I'd much rather have my time back. Horrible service, never coming back here again.
