Despite not having an appointment, Nathaniel expedited my visit and made sure it was as efficient as possible. Only disappointment is that the service team left the spare tire in the back and did not put it back. As soon as I noticed, I told Nathaniel and he made sure the team put the spare tire back.

After servicing car is making some noise when the road is not flat. Upon checking I observed that a metal bar is handing underneath the engine. This metal bar touches the road when the road is not even. I never expected this from Honda service center.

Mayhieu was absolutely wonderful. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at Norm Reeves and Mayhieu was no exception. I brought my car in for service after significant damage was caused by a service at Jiffy Lube. Mayhieu went above and beyond to help me. He was easy to get a hold of, very communicative, helped take videos and pictures of the damage, was willing to talk to Jiffy Lube on my behalf to discuss findings, comforted any worries I had, and did everything in his power to make an unfortunate situation a little better. His customer service was excellent and I’ll definitely be returning to work with Mayhieu and the team at Norm Reeves.
