I'm satisfied with the Service Advisor Erick. He kept me posted and was able to get me out in fair amount of time. Your technician Tim, very nice fellow. Came out and explained to me what was wrong with my new vehicle. The first advisor that helped me his name is Jose,he is a TURD!!!

As soon as i walked into the service dept no one acknowledged me. There must have been 5 men behind the counter. All employees were focused on their computer. I stood there for what seems like forever but was probably a minute before Hector looked up at me. The service was ok. Nothing special or memorable. I received a text message that my car was ready a few days later. Upon picking up my vehicle and driving off, I realized the service i took my car in for wasn't completely fixed. I had to drive back to the dealership and bring it to their attention so that they can finish servicing my car.

When I arrived, the customer service told me, the time to fix my car would be 2 hours and I took the decision wait in the office but They need around 3 hours and half to patch one tire, also they told me my car is ready to go and I paid, when I wanted to pick up my car, it was no ready, I saw my car in the workshop and I waited around 40 more minutes for my car after they said is ready to go.
